They take the time to explain EVERYTHING: what MUST be done (& why), and what can wait - AND they explain the mechanics of various problems so you can understand the nature of the work. Kudos to Jonathan since I almost always work with him when I bring in my car for service!! I wouldn't go anywhere else since I trust Modesti's to be straight with me; I'm never concerned that they're trying to sell me something I just don't need.
