I know very little about my car, and that makes it easy to get taken advantage of at times. From the second I booked my appointment online to the moment I left Modesti's with my car all tuned up, I felt like I was truly taken care of. They are fair, knowledgeable and unbelievably friendly. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Everyone is so nice and very helpful in finding out what was wrong with my car making noise and having no pep. They were very timely in keeping me up to date. We own two older cars and they have serviced both of them very well. I absolutely recommend their service and their personnel.

I usually do my own work on cars and am pretty knowledgable. I have a 1986 Honda Civic with almost 300,000 miles that has never seen a dealer since I got it in 2001. I was referred to Modesti's by another mechanic when neither of us could handle an obscure problem. Well, the experience has changed my take on shops. It was a surprise and delight from the first. I compiled a lengthy summary of what I had done to diagnose the issue and they LISTENED (I was only right on some of it.) They fixed the car, timely, and charged me less than the estimate for diagnostic tests!! They are skilled, friendly, honest, and attentive. Their shop and waiting areas are gorgeous. Since then I brought it in with another knotty, perennial problem. Same story. I think I'll going to be a lot more selective about what I work on now that I found them. Can't say enough about this business.
