I usually do my own work on cars and am pretty knowledgable. I have a 1986 Honda Civic with almost 300,000 miles that has never seen a dealer since I got it in 2001. I was referred to Modesti's by another mechanic when neither of us could handle an obscure problem. Well, the experience has changed my take on shops. It was a surprise and delight from the first. I compiled a lengthy summary of what I had done to diagnose the issue and they LISTENED (I was only right on some of it.) They fixed the car, timely, and charged me less than the estimate for diagnostic tests!! They are skilled, friendly, honest, and attentive. Their shop and waiting areas are gorgeous. Since then I brought it in with another knotty, perennial problem. Same story. I think I'll going to be a lot more selective about what I work on now that I found them. Can't say enough about this business.

Modesti's gives the finest car care that anyone could ever possibly imagine. We have been fortunate enough to have been with them for over 30 years.

Folks there will tell you what needs to be done immediately, what can be postponed until next visit and what can be put on the back burner for the time being. What honesty!
