Great service. My car is running like a brand new car and it's 10 years.

While bringing my old car in for what I thought was a pretty simple issue, something major happened just as I was arriving at Modesti's. Danny immediately took care of me. When I decided that it wasn't worth repairing my car, Danny found a salvage company to buy it for me and arranged everything. All I had to do was pick up the money the salvage company left at Modesti's for my car. I have never met more honest and kind owners and staff of a auto mechanic facility than these guys. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

When you first enter the genuine greeting that makes you feel welcome is amazing. The follow up phone calls from Danny who assured you of the problem they found, the assurance to fix it and a fair charge was amazing. I had been taken already by two other companies. The shuttle to take and pick me up was a surprise and very appreciated. Their driver Freddie was top notch in courtesy and driving. I can't wait to share this experience with friends and on Facebook. my experience, now and in the past, has always been very positive. the front desk is attentive to my needs; answers are given in professional and polite veins. estimates of the cost of work is clearly presented. the ride home while the car is in the shop lets me get some work done.i find the technicians comments about the status of my car, including possible future work, very helpful.
