They are Excellent- from the phone, front desk service & mechanics! I don't think there's another shop like this in L.A. At Modesti's you're treated right (friendly & knowledgeable) Jonathon the Service Consultant was great- nice guy, calm & cool, but very professional & knowledgeable. Checked out my car, gave me a detailed estimate and after they inspected the vehicle sent me a very detailed e-mail of what was good & should be done now & later. I've never seen anything like it! I'm bringing my Subaru back on Monday for more work! They work as a team- you'll see what I mean when you go there!

I dropped off my truck for new brakes but could not get back before they closed to pick it up. I paid at lunch time and they left the truck on the street for me to pick up after hours. I have used these guys for nine years on three trucks and they are always the best. As a small businessman I appreciate the service and honesty.
