my experience, now and in the past, has always been very positive. the front desk is attentive to my needs; answers are given in professional and polite veins. estimates of the cost of work is clearly presented. the ride home while the car is in the shop lets me get some work done.i find the technicians comments about the status of my car, including possible future work, very helpful.
