After many unsatisfactory experiences with the local Toyota dealership, where I took my car for 2 years for "free" servicing, I started bring my Prius to Modesti's, who had serviced my Miata for years. I never have to wait to check in my car, nor do I have to wait when I pick up my vehicle when it's ready. Everyone is friendly, yet professional.
