The customer service and quality of work are outstanding.

I had a 1 PM appointment and the shop re-opened right on time at 1 PM after its lunch break. They went to work on my car immediately, giving me a diagnostic assessment right away, followed by an estimate. Then I was driven home by the shop's shuttle which allowed me to finish my work. When the work on my car was over, Modesti's sent a shuttle to pick me up and was driven to the shop. Modesti's did an excellent work on the diagnostics and repair service. I will never go back to the dealer's service providers where they charge inordinate prices for the same work and service!

As always, Modesti’s goes over and above to not only care for our two automobiles, they are helpful an courteous to their customers. They are the best!
