I am a thirty-five year plus customer with never a bad experience. That is the best review any business can have. If all people in business ran their companies like the Modestis, it would be one happy planet. Sadly, that is not true but at least you can have this experience.

Everything you would ever want in a neighborhood shop. Everyone is on their game and working hard to be the Nordstrom of car repair. John is the customer service guy I have dealt with on my last two visits and he clearly explains what is going to happen as well as what might happen. The vehicles were done when he said they would be and there are never any unpleasant surprises or upcharges. Even the driver that picks you up and takes you home acts like he is the owner - All around a great experience.
