Everything you would ever want in a neighborhood shop. Everyone is on their game and working hard to be the Nordstrom of car repair. John is the customer service guy I have dealt with on my last two visits and he clearly explains what is going to happen as well as what might happen. The vehicles were done when he said they would be and there are never any unpleasant surprises or upcharges. Even the driver that picks you up and takes you home acts like he is the owner - All around a great experience.

My car window was smashed in by a thief, and Melanie + team were so accommodating. They charged me a fraction of what the dealership was quoting me, and they even fixed my car 2 days early! Definitely recommend over a dealership.
