It starts with welcoming and kind service consultants (met Johnathon and Melanie that day) and then it continues with kind mechanics (met Freddy and Moises that day). Transparency and patience appears to be the way to operate here. You can ask questions. You get answers supported by pictures and video diagrams. No pressure. But recommendations and quotes: yes. I can only guess that the prices are okay because I don't fix my car as often as I do the groceries. Had I known, I'd have gone to the carwash prior, because everything (courtyard, office, garage, oops: I didn't need the restroom but I'll bet on it) is clean, except the cars brought in! And Modesti's own bottled water brand that's offered to you with a gentle "Here's your water" does take some edge off the stress and worry of having to bring your ailing car to the car doctor. And the expiration date on the bottle checks. I guess the overall feeling you get is: that must be what "Running a tight ship" means. I didn't see any boat parked awaiting fixing, but I was able to drive my car after it was brought in by flatbed tow truck on 04/23/2018. Nope, I did not run out of gas. Now, I'm just wondering if I'll get a discount on future repairs/services for having written such a nice review. Anyway, I felt like I should give back, and my review became the opportunity to do it and it wasn't too hard because it's what I experienced. Thank you. Emmanuel C. (04/25/2018 11:20 AM)
