Everyone's great there. This place is one of the few independent, family-owned garages set up for modern hybrids, and I hate being forced to go to dealerships for everything. One neat extra is the car status printout you get after a tune-up, which tells you everything they checked and what condition it's in. This is particularly useful when comparing tune-up results year-to-year.

Very friendly and efficient service. I brought my car in for standard service (oil change, check-up). I was given the quote, walked over to Starbucks, came back an hour later, and waited in the comfortable waiting room for another hour until my car was ready. I was offered a ride home, but I declined.We've been taking our cars to Modesti's for years and have the full confidence in their diagnostic abilities and services.

First impression when you walk into the office is how neat and clean it is and how warmly you're greeted. Modesti's has kept my 1999 Camry on the road and running beautifully for many years. I have never felt overcharged or told to make unnecessary repairs. I should, no doubt, go for tune-ups more often than every 2 - 3 years, but after leaving the shop, that's how long they seem to last. And I appreciate the pick up and delivery service (me, not my car!) they offer. No need to ask friends for rides. Thanks, guys!
