Thank You Jonathon and ALL the saff at Modesti's! I brought my "older" car in last week for a major job of replacing timing belt, water pump, etc., etc. and I have to acknowledge how above and beyond Jonathon went to explain all the items that needed to be remved, replaced, etc. My car was there for a couple of days and Jonathon kept me informed about what was going on. The Team at Modesti's has taken care of my Toyota Camry for as long as I've owned it - which is approaching 20 years now! I am grateful to still be driving a car as old as the Camry, and I know that it's still running so well because of what they do. And they are now taking good care of my very new Honda Civic as well. This time the Camry repairs took longer than planned, so the staff nicely offered to get me a rental car while I waited. I always appreciate coming in because the atmosphere is very pleasant, there's a very comfortable waiting room, clean restrooms, a self-serve coffee machine, and great magazines to read. Plus they are always great about offering a ride home or a pickup afterwards. They clearly care about customer service.Jonathan has been my go-to guy forever. He's always fun to chat with - and he always keeps me informed about what parts need to be ordered and gives really accurate estimates of the time required for repairs.
