Wonderful service!

I drove a friend to Modesti’s to have her car serviced. I went to drive away and my car wouldn’t start. Jonathan determined my battery was shot. They installed a new battery quickly and I was in my way. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. I will be returning for other services to my car.

Competent service as usual. Unfortunately a personnel problem delayed the service on my car and it wasn't ready on the day promised, and I had to use Uber to get to a doctor's appointment early the next morning and then come over to pick up the car.

I have been using Modesti's for years to take care of our family's cars. They are terrific at the car care, plus they have great customer service and are friendly, nice people. They offer a ride if you can't wait while they work on the car, or a very nice waiting room if you can - with magazines, coffee and wifi. Very pleased with everything they've done!

Service at Modesti was excellent, as always, otherwise I would not continue to take my car there. My "Work car" is an older model, but they did not let that stop them from looking for and ordering the necessary parts. Even though the repairs were expensive, I was informed daily of what the problems were and how things were going. I drove it today for the first time and it runs like new. I intend to keep it for at least another 3 years; as long as Modesti can continue to take care of it. I even got a free car wash coupon!
