Silicon Beach Auto Repair

This is one of the the BEST auto repair centers I have come across! I only wish they were closer to where I live. The attention to detail is second to none. I'm not sure you could find anyone more professional, and honest in the auto repair business. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a fair and honest assessment of what needs to be done to get their car back in top shape.

Richard and the crew ar Modestis did a fine job of getting us back on the road. Their communication about the work progress was greatly appreciated. I knew what was happening, when and what it was going to cost. The AAA discount helped soften the expense.

I took my car here due to the check engine light coming on. First time going to Modesti’s. They called me back after dropping my car and said the car parts needing to be fixed were under warranty still and I should be able to get it repaired free at the dealership. Super honest and quality mechanic. I will be going back to them with any future car issues.

It was my first time at Modesti's and I was so amazed at how courteous and inviting they are right from the start of my calling them to when I left. Everyone there are very concerned about my car and my time there. I just never had so much interaction and just plain concern about my well being driving my car. I just love them.

Modesti is really nice I had a breakdown with my car and got it towed to them to fix it. They were very friendly and explained everything to me and my parents. The only reason I’m giving them a start deduction is one they charged $250 dollars to diagnose the problem with my car before doing any work. Also they are closed on the weekends so my car went in on Friday and I did not receive it back till Tuesday even thought the actual repair only took one day. I would deduct two stars but they informed me because I had AAA I was able to receive a discount. Overall their customer service is amazing which can be hard to come by with mechanics but their pricing to me seems inflated. I could be wrong because I am no mechanic but those are my initial thoughts being a first time customer.

My car was on its last legs when I had to have it towed to this shop. Rather than try to sell me on rebuilding the entire engine the shop was polite and honest. I appreciated them working with me over 2 days to to get my vehicle recycled and moved off there location. Very polite and excellent service. I'll be coming back with my new vehicle when it's time for maintenance. 😁

I have been going to Modesti's since about 1980. They have never failed me or left me wondering. This is as outstanding a business as you could find. They have NEVER let me down about anything. How many businesses could you say that about? This is The Best!
