Our daughter had to have her car towed there after arriving back at LAX and experiencing car problems. Turns out the catalytic converter was stolen from her vehicle. And we live in Texas making it that much harder to deal with. Jonathan was very professional, and worked to see what it would take to get the car repair, and when that did not work he helped us secure a buyer for the car. Both Nick and Jonathan were very professional, and our daughter said they were so nice when she went there to clean her car out. Since we don't live in CA we probably will never end up there, but I highly recommend them if you are in Culver City area.

Eric was very helpful on the phone making the appointment, and Jonathon went out of his way to expedite the service and actually perform the repair in a timely and expert fashion. This place is run professionally throughout.
