I have been using them for 15+ years. Very honest, and fair.I'm really fussy... and they always make me happy.To the comments that diagnostic fees should go towards the repair - I disagree. They spend time finding the problem, then spend more time fixing it. Even when I have had very mysterious problems (old Nissan years ago) they worked hard to find the problem, and charged a low and fair fee in the end. i'm 110% happy. Highly recommended.p.s. Martin who drives the pickup and drop off shuttle (available if you live or work reasonably close) is a lovely guy. Great to chat with.One of our vehicles is older, and had a rash of breakdowns, and they give intelligent and moderate advice as to what to fix and what to wait on.... p.p.s. Nick Modesti (family run business) the manager is super great, as are all the guys i interface with at the counter - Jonathan and Danny.
