After taking my VW to the dealer for many years, I finally decided to cut the cord and try someplace local. I'm so glad I found Modesti's! Making an appointment was easy, the people were honest and the customer service was fantastic. Jonathon took the time to explain all recommended repairs. They even have a shuttle service (thank you Freddie!) Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Very friendly and trustworthy. First time at this shop--the place is clean, well-organized and modern. They gave me an estimate for how long the service would take, and they were spot on. No upselling or looking for problems that weren't there. It's only been one visit, but I think I've found a new shop to keep my car in good shape. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service! Jonathon and Nick had my back when my catalytic converter was stolen last year during the holidays. They worked with the Insurance company and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I've been going to them for years but this incident has shown me their true colors. My neighbors use the shop also with great satisfaction, the shuttle driver has memorized our location! They require a reservation because they care about quality and attention to detail and this allows them time to properly diagnose and repair your vehicle. Therefore, you will not need to spend time sitting in a long line waiting to be checked in and seen as you might at a dealership. Jonathon was amazing! I came in without an appointment as my car was on the verge of breaking down, and I was seen immediately. Modesti's kept my car for a week, and Jonathon was super communicative throughout. Modesti's service is so friendly, so efficient, and they were extremely helping in explaining the issues with the car, and providing all documentation I needed as back-up to show to my dealership.
