You all provide great service! I appreciate your honesty towards caring for my car so i can maintain my car to its fullest expectations. There's only one problem that i have a comment about, and that is waiting for over an hour to an hour and a half to get my oil changed. I understand that it might be busy on certain days, but maybe you can change your system slightly or so on those days to manage your client's time along with the flow of your business. Overall I am very pleased to be an additional client of yours!

I liked the fact that the place was small and elegant, not impersonal like the large dealerships. Jonathan focused his entire attention on me for the duration of the checking in procedure. He has a great sense of humor and I had a great time. I wish I didn't have to wait for my car to break down in order to go back. Before I left I helped myself to one of those fancy coffees in their totally modern machine. The rental car place picked me up and delivered me back. And the car runs. What more could you ask? Judi
