I've been a client for 25 years, and Modesti's has never failed to provide quick, reliable, HONEST service. The most recent visit, Nick and the guys stayed late to test and replace a battery on my car that had died in the parking lot of my son's school. I've brought in my mother-in-law's car, and recommended them to other friends, too.

Danny telephoned me to remind me it was time to bring in my car. Nice reminder! I made an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by both Danny and Jonathan. They're always friendly and helpful even at the early hour that I usually arrive. It's very inconvenient for me to drive all the way from No. Hollywood to Culver City to have my car serviced but I wouldn't trust anyone other than Modesti's to take care of my car.

You all provide great service! I appreciate your honesty towards caring for my car so i can maintain my car to its fullest expectations. There's only one problem that i have a comment about, and that is waiting for over an hour to an hour and a half to get my oil changed. I understand that it might be busy on certain days, but maybe you can change your system slightly or so on those days to manage your client's time along with the flow of your business. Overall I am very pleased to be an additional client of yours!
