I have always had great service from Modesti's Car Center. The people are so pleasant and helpful and I have never had any problems with the work or personnel.

Just read the 3 one star reviews. Wow. I was referred to Modesti's by 2 different friends-both unknown to the other and each very different from the other as far as type of auto, driving habits, and even political affiliations. I have been taking my 2006 Prius there for the past 3 years. I have referred at least 4 of my friends and will continue to do so. I find the staff to be courteous, professional and knowledgable. I am not bothered by "technicians" with clean uniforms, nor am I disturbed that workers get a decent lunch break. My concerns are confined to the care of my auto and that said I am pleased with Modesti's work. My ONLY beef is that they are not open on Saturday. That would make it easier for me-but I imagine they would be swamped with requests for appointments.

Modesti's was recommended to me by friends a year or so ago. I truly appreciate the attitudes and work of the guys at Modesti's. They are professional, answer any questions I have, do not push me to get unnecessary things done - just give their suggestions and reasons for them. I have been Very Pleased with the work they've done on my 2007 Prius.

The guys are all very helpful, explain things so I can understand and got me in and out in a timely manner, just as they said they would.

From the initial phone call to paying for the car care services, my experience was ALWAYS good! Everyone is professional, courteous as well as friendly. The level of Customer Service provided by each staff member is excellent.The building and grounds are very clean. The interior and exterior building design is great. The customer lounge is very clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have coffee available if I wanted it.The shuttle service was great. Your driver is very profession and courteous.My car is running great and I'm grateful that you were able to rotate the tires and inflate them properly.'I definitely will return! I have no complaints or anything negative to say about Modest's. Professional service and Jonathan is always a pleasure to deal with. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it is to have neighborhood car center, that I trust. Don't knock it until you try it.

As always, service was excellent. I was driven home after dropping off my car in the morning, and picked up when it was ready in the afternoon. The driver was super polite and friendly, and Danny and Jonathan always remember me and ask after my mom as well. Best car repair shop I've ever found. That's why I literally never go anywhere else.
