Just read the 3 one star reviews. Wow. I was referred to Modesti's by 2 different friends-both unknown to the other and each very different from the other as far as type of auto, driving habits, and even political affiliations. I have been taking my 2006 Prius there for the past 3 years. I have referred at least 4 of my friends and will continue to do so. I find the staff to be courteous, professional and knowledgable. I am not bothered by "technicians" with clean uniforms, nor am I disturbed that workers get a decent lunch break. My concerns are confined to the care of my auto and that said I am pleased with Modesti's work. My ONLY beef is that they are not open on Saturday. That would make it easier for me-but I imagine they would be swamped with requests for appointments.
I own a 2006 Prius and Modesti's was highly recommended to me by 2 separate friends. It did not disappoint. It was easy to make an appointment, they are email/tech savvy. The office staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Modesti's is my place fro service from now on.
