They bend over backwards to accommodate and to inform. I would never buy a car that I couldn't have serviced at Modesti's.

I had a seller take her car to Modesti's for an inspection because I was thinking of buying her car. She thought it was in "good" condition. Modesti's did a thorough check and ended up telling me, "Don't buy this car." They listed all that was wrong with the car, showing me that it wouldn't be financially worthwhile to buy a cheaper used car if I was just going to have to put thousands of dollars into it. That was the best $90 I've ever spent (or not spent) on a car!

Always professional, friendly and helpful and I never feel as though I am agreeing to some unnecessary work. Love these guys!

As always, the customer service was delightful and the car always "hums" after I pick it up from your shop. I truly appreciate the frank estimates of cost and whether repairs should be done right away or whether they can wait.
