Modesti's provides the best customer care around. I pulled into their shop just after incurring a flat tire. Although Modesti's does not do tire repair, they offered to put my spare tire on so I could drive my car to the nearest tire repair shop. They also provided me with a ride to work, so I didn't have to wait around while they changed the tire. They picked me up from work and my car was ready for me to drive. The most wonderful part about the experience is that they did not charge me one penny! This act of kindness and professionalism is very hard to come by these days. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Modesti's, and use them if I ever need service on my car. Thanks Modesti's!

Modesti's is a clean professional facility and I have been going there for several years. The guys are always helpful, patient in explaining things, giving suggestions. I have found them knowledgeable, fair priced tho' not inexpensive. All the work I have had done has been done efficiently and professionally. I have great peace of mind working with Modesti's.

Always a great experience

I came in today because I had two mechanics tell me two different things were wrong with my car, one of which seemed a bit sketchy. I had read good things about the shop so decided to have them be the final word on what was wrong with it. Regrettably, both mechanics were right, and both the water pump and alternator needed replacing. John laid out how much it would be for parts and labor, explained why his parts were more expensive ( I would be getting manufacturer's parts with a 3yr/36k warranty which was better than some dealers). He was straightforward in telling me that I might find it cheaper elsewhere, but that the quality wouldn't be the same ( and he was right). But he didn't pressure me. He just gave me the facts, and I greatly appreciated his honesty. If I was better off financially, I would definitely come back for service. On a side note, they repaired a brake light that had been out, which another shop hadn't, so I was happy. Very professional and friendly. Great place.

Everything was well done. The courtesy car dropped me off and picked me up at home and every thing was done on time as promised. I would definitely recommend Modesti"s Car Care to all my friends.
