Nick, Danny & Jonathan are all very friendly, and do what they say they're going to do.I've had nothing but great service and advice from them all.I would highly recommend this independent car care center to anyone who appreciates old fashioned personal service and courtesy.

Regular Visit with the guys at Modesti's and very satisfied as usual. They explained everything in detail and did not rush me at all. Their attention to detail is great and I trust them to only do what needs to be done at the time of service. They have gotten to know the Car and know we only do what is necessary to maintain our car They never try to push more service than is necessary and alert me of any issues that will need to be addressed in the future.Great Shop and thankful to have them close by.

As always the service is top notch and I trust everyone at Modesti' implicitly, which is important as I understand nothing that goes on under the hood.The shuttle service is an additional HUGE plus - takes a huge pressure off me to figure out how I am going to get to and from work back to the shop. Always 5 Star service. Danny is honest and upfront. He always lets me know what service I might need in the future so the next time I bring the car in, I am not caught off guard. I've been bringing my car to Modesti's since I moved to LA in 1987. I've always been impressed with the quality of their work, the knowledge of the staff, and their nieghborhood-like friendliness. it's a great place for youe car care. I have referred many friends to Modesti's and they always thank me for doing so.

As usual, my experience at Modesti's was great. Took the RX330 in for scheduled maintenance. They noted that my Power Steering fluid was dirty and that the gasket around the engine showed oil leakage. John and I discussed what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next 6 month appt. I never feel pressured to do a repair - they always explain what is going on and why. A shout out to Hector, for his friendly conversations when driving me home or to pick up my car.

Good service and convenient location and attentive service staff. Why are your oil/filter changes twice as much as the dealers, both Nissan and Toyota? ($70. vs. $41.)

Excellent service as always. They also picked me up from hime so that I could get my vehicle.
